React Training College is a 100% black woman-owned and managed business, specialising in providing artisan training for the building, construction and civils-related trades. Our unique Competency Based Modular Training (CBMT) courses make it easier for trainees/students to refine their skills and become trade test-ready within a few short months; and fully equip them with the necessary tools and basic equipment.
With a wealth of artisan training industry knowledge and expertise extending to well over 40 years, React Training College is a leader in providing industry-driven training to artisan trainees/students and learners, fully supported by industry partners and stakeholders.
Our Head Training Centre is based in Parow Industria, Cape Town. Our training centre is well equipped with all the required equipment, learning aids and test areas as per the requirements of the CETA. We can adequately accommodate 100 artisan trainees simultaneously. With our affiliation to our parent company, React24 a national site services company which specialises in construction trades and disciplines, React Training College has the unique ability to render on-site training at React24’s facilities in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Port Elizabeth.
React Training College aims to provide training that meets the evolving skills needed in the South African Built Environment. All our staff are accredited for training with the relevant CETA and have extensive experience in the trade discipline niche being lectured. Our staff further demonstrates a high level of complexities of delivery of the training and assessment in their individual trade and discipline experience.
